I'm Katie!

I am an independent fashion designer that creates just outside of Lancaster, PA.

A Girl Named Katie is a lifestyle brand that offers handmade products and vintage.

I am a wife of a dairy farmer and high school sweetheart, Josh.

I love to be the typical farm wife, baking sweet treats, learning how to garden and can,  and taking time to visit the ladies (aka the cows!)

But I also thoroughly enjoy vintage fashion, which has inspired my line.

I am working towards a handmade wardrobe and perfecting the dinner party.

I also challenge myself to shop small and local as mush as possible.
